Refund Policy

All products sold at Heather Roberts Art are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped.

Change of mind

Because digital files can't be returned once they've been delivered, we don't offer refunds for change of mind on digital files that have been delivered.

When we'll help or refund

If something goes wrong with your order, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase if:

• A file is corrupted, missing or won't open. We'll send you a working file. If we can't fix the problem, we'll refund what you paid for that item.
• You were charged twice or bought the same item twice by accident. We'll refund the duplicate purchase.
• There's another problem with your order (for example, you didn't receive your download link or were charged incorrectly). We'll review it and, where reasonable, fix it or issue a refund.

• Please include your order number, the product name, and a short description or screenshot of the problem.
• We reply within 1–2 business days.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
