Is anything shipped to me?

No. Every design in the shop is a digital download, and nothing arrives in the mail.

How do I get my files after I pay?

Your files are an instant download. As soon as checkout is complete, a Download button for each file appears on your order confirmation page, and we also email you a "Your downloads are ready" message with your download links.

How are the files packaged?

Most designs come in a ZIP folder. Unzip (extract) it on a computer before uploading the files to your design or cutting software.

What file formats are included?

Each product page lists exactly what's included. Typical formats:

SVG cut files: SVG, PNG, EPS, JPEG, DXF, AI and PDF
Sublimation designs: PNG files
20 oz tumbler wraps: PNG files in straight and warped/tapered versions
Fonts: TTF and OTF

Which machines and software can I use?

SVG and DXF files can be used with cutting software such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio and Brother ScanNCut. PNG files are for sublimation and printing.

How do the mega bundles work?

Very large files take longer to download. The MEGA 7000+ bundle is a single large ZIP file (about 4.8 GB), so use a stable connection and a computer rather than a phone. The 14,000+ MEGA BUNDLE is delivered as a PDF with download instructions that link to the files. Please download your files to your own computer and keep a backup.

My download is missing, corrupted or won't open. What do I do?

Email heatherrobertsart@gmail.com or use the chat bubble within 30 days of purchase, and include your order number. We'll send a working file. See our Refund Policy.

I bought the same item twice. Can I get a refund?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days and we'll refund the duplicate purchase.

Can I sell things I make with these designs?

Commercial-use licenses are available in our License shop. Not sure what you need? Email us at heatherrobertsart@gmail.com before you start and we'll be glad to help.

Who owns the designs?

Digital designs sold by Heather Roberts Art are owned by or properly licensed to HEATHER ROBERTS LLC. Copyright and ownership remain with the applicable rights holder. Your purchase gives you a license to use the designs; it doesn't transfer ownership.

How fast will you reply?
